To make to move from CD to hard drive a little easier as many ripping and playback programs rely on Musicbrainz for their song tags.

Because we cocked the song up so much at the gig that we can’t use it whole.
The first clip, and dodgy performance, is from a Collyers gig in October 1988 organised by Mark Crane of This Idiot Glitter who also played along with Loveless, Spiralhead and, of course, The Happy Potato band. The other video is from Champagnes nightclub in February 1989.
Just twenty four years too late.
The masters and artwork have made it to the manufacturers and the CD will probably we out in about a month. So to introduce, or reacquaint people with the band we have a few informatational items lined up, starting with an excerpt from The Gits biopic: Around Around.
As the Gits (UK) Retrospeculative looks like it will come out in the not too distant future here’s the epnoymous and indeed first track from it.
The 日本語 is partly an attempt to distinguish us from the confusion of having the same name as the ill fated American band of the same era.
And all the best indie* bands these days are Japanese of course.
*in the 80s UK sense not the Japanese division of record labels.
